I get it, breastfeeding hunger is real. It is also an innate response from your body to help you as a baby Mum fuel your body with adequate calories and nutrients in order to meet the demands of healing your body post birth and meet the needs of her your new bundle of joy.
This snack recipe is full of galactogogue foods to help with breastmilk production and keep you fuller between meals. Whip up a batch and keep them in your fridge for a few days, or freeze to enjoy later on.
While you can also enjoy this snack if you're not breastfeeding, in this case I'd suggest to cut the sweetener amount down.
