When I first started out as a Naturopath I was working for another clinic and I was supporting women through the menopausal stage of life- with major flushes, mood swings and weight challenges. But since that time, I’ve mainly been supporting women with hormonal imbalances driving cyclical issues in younger women, along with specialising in fertility, pregnancy and baby health.

Personally, my cycles are regular- they come & go with ease (something I’ve helped rebalance over the years). However as I approach my 38th birthday, I cant help but start to wonder...what will the years ahead look like for me?
