I’m going to be honest here.
I feel like personally I’ve let some healthy habits slide this winter.
I got back on the netball court after a sixteen year break. I've loved the community vibe & have physically been more active, however I’ve also allowed weekly social wines to sneak in, along with more comfort food in the chillier months.
Although I used to be super strict with what I placed in my mouth & felt so guilty when I’d ‘slip up’ & overindulge, now I have a much more balanced approach.
I embrace the moment & instead of punishing myself in the days after, I instead use this as a reminder to bring in extra detox & anti-inflammatory support through the foods, drinks and supplements I reach for in the hours and days following.
So when Spring arrived, I felt like it was time for a reset. To prioritise time for foods, drinks & movement that nourish me physically, mentally and emotionally.
