Are you pooing properly?
I know, personal question. But as a Naturopath, toilet talk is a regular topic of discussion.
Issues with pooing can range from irregular frequency, straining on the loo, to incomplete bowel movements with urgency again shortly after your toilet stop.
This can lead to a cycle of abdominal bloating, discomfort, foul smelling gas and contributes to toxin build up and hormone imbalance, such as oestrogen dominance. Yes, your moods, skin, cycles, energy and weight are impacted by your pooing habits.
