Here’s a quick smoothie to whip up & enjoy to flush out the fluid and will support your detoxification, digestion and skin health all at the same time.
What You'll Need:

โ 1-2 stalks celery, chopped
โ 1 apple / pear, de-seeded
โ 1/2 cucumber, chopped
โ Juice 1 lemon
โ 2 slices grated fresh or frozen ginger
โ handful coriander for an extra detox punch
โ 1 tablespoon collagen for extra post birth healing, gut and skin health
โ 1-2 cups water, depending on desired consistency. If it's a hot one, use coconut water for a natural source of electrolytes.
What You'll Need To Do:
Add to your blender and blend until smooth.
