Here’s a quick smoothie to whip up & enjoy to flush out the fluid and will support your detoxification, digestion and skin health all at the same time.
What You'll Need:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❁ 1-2 stalks celery, chopped
❁ 1 apple / pear, de-seeded
❁ 1/2 cucumber, chopped
❁ Juice 1 lemon
❁ 2 slices grated fresh or frozen ginger
❁ handful coriander for an extra detox punch
❁ 1 tablespoon collagen for extra post birth healing, gut and skin health
❁ 1-2 cups water, depending on desired consistency. If it's a hot one, use coconut water for a natural source of electrolytes.
What You'll Need To Do:
Add to your blender and blend until smooth.
