1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup tiger nut flour, sifted*
1/2 cup tiger nut flakes* (you can alternatively use chopped nuts or rolled oats, if they agree with you)
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/8 cup raw honey
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
