Citrus Snowballs

Are you searching for a caffeine free treat that won’t upset your sleep, gluten free goodies that are gut health friendly? Or perhaps you super simple delights to freeze for any unexpected guests? You’ll love my super simple Citrus Snowballs! 

What you’ll need:

3/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup finely shredded/ desiccated coconut + extra for rolling
2 tablespoons raw honey or rice malt syrup
2 tablespoons cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 drops Lime Essential Oil* or juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

What you’ll need to do:

Add all ingredients into the food processor & process until well formed
Roll into balls & use extra desiccated coconut to help form
Refrigerate or freeze for later or enjoy them straight away

*Note recommended for the pregnant Mumma's or young children.
