What you’ll need:
3/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup finely shredded/ desiccated coconut + extra for rolling
2 tablespoons raw honey or rice malt syrup
2 tablespoons cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 drops Lime Essential Oil* or juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
What you’ll need to do:
Add all ingredients into the food processor & process until well formed
Roll into balls & use extra desiccated coconut to help form
Refrigerate or freeze for later or enjoy them straight away
*Note recommended for the pregnant Mumma's or young children.
